In addition to the Terms of Service terms-of-service that govern the use of this website (the Site), these Purchase Terms & Conditions govern any order or purchase (the individual completing this order, you) made on the Site operated by Aldo Femat (hereinafter, ALDO FEMAT, we, our), RFC AUFA911228GYA, with commercial registration at Universidad La Salle #1422, Colonia Villas Universidad, C.P. 48290, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. By checking the box “I have read and agree to the website’s terms and conditions,” you agree to be bound by these Purchase Terms & Conditions, whether you have read them or not. If you do not agree with these Purchase Terms & Conditions, proceed to cancel your order now. Print a copy of these Purchase Terms & Conditions for your records.
All advertisements on the Site are invitations to purchase and not offers to sell. ALDO FEMAT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject the order once the order form has been completed and submitted. Receipt of your order will be confirmed via an automatic email to the email address associated with your account. This email is a confirmation that ALDO FEMAT has received your order, but it does not constitute acceptance of your order. ALDO FEMAT reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or reject your order for any reason. ALDO FEMAT will communicate to you, via the email address provided in the order form, the decision to accept or reject your order. If ALDO FEMAT rejects the order, it will have no obligation to fulfill your order, and you will have no obligation to pay ALDO FEMAT for it. If you place an order on the Site, orders will be processed as follows: once you have chosen a product, click the ADD TO CART button to place this product in your shopping cart. You may choose to continue shopping for other products and add them to your cart or proceed to checkout by clicking the cart icon or the Buy Now button. You may also remove one or more selected products by clicking the X next to the chosen product in the shopping cart. You will be shown the total of your cart; click Calculate Shipping and enter the shipping address to estimate the shipping cost. By clicking UPDATE, the corresponding shipping fee will be displayed, which is added to the total of your purchase. Then, click CHECKOUT. Once on the payment page, review your order details and personal information (including name, shipping address, phone, email, billing address, and payment information), check the box next to I have read and agree to the website’s terms and conditions (click terms and conditions of the website to read the Purchase Terms & Conditions). Then click PLACE ORDER, GO TO PAYPAL, or PLACE ORDER, depending on your payment method.
The purchase of products on the Site is subject to availability. If ALDO FEMAT informs you that these products are no longer available, it will have no obligation to fulfill your order, and you will have no obligation to pay ALDO FEMAT for it. This Site only ships products to addresses in Mexico.
You agree to pay ALDO FEMAT the amount specified as “TOTAL” in your order summary as part of the PAYMENT step (the Fee). The Fee is quoted in MXN pesos and includes packaging and all applicable taxes, in addition to the shipping cost. The shipping cost is your responsibility.
When placing an order, your billing address must match the address of your credit card, debit card, or account; otherwise, we will not be able to process your order. On the Site, you can pay for your purchase through: VISA, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards, VISA or MasterCard debit cards, PayPal accounts, and bank transfers.
Bank transfers are also accepted on the Site. ALDO FEMAT will provide you with the account to which you must make the bank transfer.
PayPal payments are also accepted on the Site. PayPal and ALDO FEMAT have no relationship other than the acceptance of the payment method, and therefore it cannot be understood that there is a partnership, association, common business objective, or any other similar or analogous relationship between them. Any controversy, dissatisfaction, or dispute you may have with PayPal regarding its use as a payment method will be unrelated to ALDO FEMAT and must be resolved with PayPal.
You authorize ALDO FEMAT to charge the fee to the corresponding card/account. You represent and warrant that you are the holder of the corresponding card/account. If the card/account issuer rejects your payment, your order will not be shipped, and ALDO FEMAT will have no obligation to fulfill your order. If, for any reason, the card/account issuer withholds payment to ALDO FEMAT, requests a refund, or charges ALDO FEMAT related to your order, ALDO FEMAT may, as applicable: suspend product delivery without any liability; request payment of the amount through another method; pursue legal actions necessary to obtain payment, terminate the sale, and/or return the product, without prejudice to any other action that may correspond to ALDO FEMAT.
ALDO FEMAT takes precautions, including administrative, technical, and physical measures, to protect your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and distribution. ALDO FEMAT uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is collected.
Once you have placed your order on the Site, ALDO FEMAT will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your order by email, acknowledging the details of your order. This acknowledgment will contain a reference number assigned by ALDO FEMAT.
When ALDO FEMAT has confirmed the payment of the order, it will send you a written Order Confirmation by email. The written order confirmation constitutes ALDO FEMAT’s acceptance of the order and indicates the existence of a binding contract.
The order receipt acknowledgment and order confirmation sent by ALDO FEMAT via email are considered received when you can access them on your computer or mobile device.
Your order will be shipped within 1 to 7 business days to the delivery address in Mexico specified by you during the order process. ALDO FEMAT is not responsible for any loss of products after shipment from ALDO FEMAT’s facilities or those of its agents and/or representatives to your delivery address.
When estimating the package delivery time, the time for payment approval, address verification, and order processing is taken into account. Once the order is processed and ready for shipment, we will send you the Order Confirmation by email, along with tracking information related to the delivery of your package.
Each delivery package will contain, in addition to your purchased ALDO FEMAT product: all related accessories, if any; assembly instructions, usage instructions, as applicable; the warranty policy (if the product includes a warranty) and/or authenticity seal, as applicable.
The tax receipt must be requested through the contact hi@aldofemat.com when you place your order and will be sent electronically to the registered email.
7.1 Merchandise may be returned for exchange or full refund at our online store within thirty (30) days from the original purchase date, when accompanied by the purchase receipt and in its original packaging (except for customized items, made-to-measure items, and PayPal purchases). PayPal purchases can be exchanged within thirty (30) days from the purchase date when accompanied by the purchase receipt and in their original packaging. All merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in perfect saleable condition. Engraved items and items showing signs of wear cannot be exchanged or returned. All refunds can only be made in the same currency and country/region as the original purchase. You must wait fourteen (14) business days to receive your full refund, if applicable.
7.2 Send an email to Customer Service hi@aldofemat.com requesting an exchange or return and attaching photos of the product to be returned/exchanged, along with a brief description of the reason. ALDO FEMAT will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), along with the package pickup guide, which you must print. You must seal the delivery package, which will contain the product, all its accessories, usage instructions, assembly instructions, warranty policy, and all other documents, in its original box; take the package to the location indicated by Customer Service or request the pickup service.
7.3 ALDO FEMAT only accepts exchanges for a product of identical price. If you wish to exchange products for one of a lower or higher price, you must request a refund of your initial purchase in accordance with the Purchase Terms & Conditions, within thirty (30) days from delivery, and purchase the new product of your choice on the ALDO FEMAT Site.
7.4 ALDO FEMAT products must be returned in a new and unused condition, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place, tags, and stickers (if applicable), as well as the original ALDO FEMAT box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents. ALDO FEMAT will not accept any return or exchange if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

The information described on the Site will be included in Spanish, without prejudice to certain information appearing in another language. If you have questions about product descriptions, contact Customer Service hi@aldofemat.com.
ALDO FEMAT will occasionally provide discount COUPONS for the price of its products, which will be provided in its marketing campaigns and will be valid for 30 days once provided. In case of return or exchange, the COUPON will become invalid.
You are responsible for the security of your account and password. ALDO FEMAT will not be liable for damages and expenses arising from or related to the unauthorized use of said password.
When placing an order on the Site, you will be asked to provide personal information as appropriate, such as shipping address, billing address, and payment details. ALDO FEMAT or its third-party providers may collect additional information for security and anti-fraud purposes. ALDO FEMAT may modify these Purchase Terms & Conditions at any time and post a copy of the amended Agreement at purchase-terms.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, ALDO FEMAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY CASE FOR ANY INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, AGGRAVATED, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF DAMAGE ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED ON THIS SITE OR ITS USE OR MISUSE, WHETHER OR NOT ARISING FROM BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), CIVIL LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING THE BREACH OF A FUNDAMENTAL TERM OR CONDITION OF THIS AGREEMENT. THIS TERM MAY BE VOID, PARTIALLY OR WHOLLY UNENFORCEABLE OUTSIDE OF MEXICO. ALDO FEMAT’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, INJURIES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED ON THIS SITE AND ANY USE MADE THEREOF SHALL BE LIMITED TO ALL FEES YOU PAID TO ALDO FEMAT FOR THE PURCHASE OF SAID PRODUCTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OF THE FOREGOING AND EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING, ALL PRODUCTS SOLD TO YOU ARE “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY CONDITIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER ARISING FROM STATUTE, COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OF TRADE, OR OTHERWISE; HOWEVER, SINCE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW SUCH LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR LOCAL LAWS.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Government of Mexico. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or related to the Purchase Terms & Conditions, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination of the Purchase Terms & Conditions, or any ALDO FEMAT product purchased on the Site, may be submitted to conciliation before the Federal Consumer Protection Agency. Exclusive jurisdiction for any claim, action, or dispute with ALDO FEMAT or related in any way to your use of the Site or a purchase made on the Site shall be in the state and federal courts of the state of Jalisco, and the venue for the adjudication and disposition of any claim, action, or dispute shall be in the City of Puerto Vallarta. All parties to this Agreement waive their respective rights to a jury trial.
Except for the Terms of Service governing the use of the Site, these Purchase Terms & Conditions, together with your purchase order/invoice, constitute the Agreement between you and ALDO FEMAT regarding any purchase made by you on the Site and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations related thereto. No failure by ALDO FEMAT to exercise any right, power, or remedy hereunder, or its delay in doing so, shall constitute a waiver of such rights, powers, or remedies, and all waivers shall be made in writing. The sole or partial exercise of a right, power, or remedy shall not preclude its subsequent exercise or the exercise of any other right, power, or remedy. If any provision of this Agreement or part thereof is or becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the illegality, invalidity, or unenforceability of that provision shall not affect the legality, validity, or enforceability of the remainder of the provision or part thereof in any other jurisdiction. ALDO FEMAT shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations under these Purchase Terms & Conditions if such delay or failure is due to causes beyond its control. You may not assign these Purchase Terms & Conditions to any third party without ALDO FEMAT’s prior written consent. These Purchase Terms & Conditions shall be binding and inure to the benefit of you and your heirs, executors, administrators, and other legal representatives; ALDO FEMAT, its successors, and assigns. In case of discrepancy between the Terms of Service and these Purchase Terms & Conditions, the wording of these Purchase Terms & Conditions shall prevail. To ensure better service and availability of our products, ALDO FEMAT limits the number of products that can be purchased as follows: no more than 3 items (T-B-X GALACTIC and Punching Bags) per transaction, with no more than 2 identical products per transaction. Additionally, you may not, in 4 consecutive weeks, purchase more than 6 items or perform more than 8 transactions of any type of product.
In any case, the total number of items (T-B-X GALACTIC and Punching Bags) shall not exceed 12 products in 12 consecutive months.
To ensure compliance with these restrictions, ALDO FEMAT processes your purchase history. In case of non-compliance, our customer advisors may reject future transactions with you for a period of 2 years from your last purchase.
